The applicable provider may send limited transaction, customer, appointment, or status information needed to administer the booking.

Netlify and other infrastructure providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested page, date and time, and security or error logs. The Anonymous Photography page includes an Instagram component supplied by Meta. Opening or loading third-party content may allow that provider to use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices.

Current providers may include Netlify, Google Workspace and Google Drive, Calendly, Stripe, BlueNotary, and Meta/Instagram. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
No Sale of Contact Information
Personal information is not sold. Contact information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed when requested by the client, required by law, needed to protect legal rights or safety, or necessary to complete the requested service.
Retention and Security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal and tax obligations, dispute handling, professional recordkeeping, fraud prevention, backup, and security. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website, email, cloud service, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Choices and requests
Questions and corrections are welcome.
Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
You may ask to review or correct contact information held directly by Slyconish Collective, or request deletion when retention is not required for a service, legal obligation, notarial record, payment record, dispute, or security purpose. A request may require reasonable identity verification.
Communications
You may opt out of nonessential marketing email by replying or using an unsubscribe option when offered. Transactional appointment, payment, safety, and service messages may still be sent when needed. Optional text-message settings are controlled through the platform presenting that option, and message and data rates may apply.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging services. A parent or legal guardian must provide required consent for a minor's photography participation or image-use release. The website is not knowingly used to collect personal information directly from a child without appropriate adult involvement.
