Slyconish Collective, LLC
Terms, conditions
and policies.
Effective and last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms apply to purchases and bookings made with the active businesses of Slyconish Collective, LLC. Service-specific terms supplement the general terms and control when they are more specific to the selected service.
General terms
Online payments and bookings.
Electronic Acceptance
When a client selects a required agreement checkbox, submits an electronic acknowledgment, authorizes a payment, or completes a booking after being presented with these terms, the client confirms that the client had an opportunity to review and agrees to the applicable terms. A client who does not agree should not complete payment or booking and should contact Slyconish Collective before proceeding.
Prices and Additional Charges
The amount displayed at checkout covers only the products or services itemized there. Travel, additional participants, additional time, additional notarial acts, witnesses, printing, location charges, special handling, or other requested services may require a separate disclosed payment. No undisclosed additional charge will be collected without informing the client of the amount and reason.
Scheduling and Availability
For mobile DS Notaries appointments, selecting a date and time temporarily reserves the requested appointment for 30 minutes. The mobile appointment is not confirmed until the client completes the required card-on-file step. If secure card setup is not completed within 30 minutes, the reservation may expire and the calendar time may be released. Virtual appointments continue through BlueNotary and remain subject to its identity-verification, session, eligibility, and payment requirements. If no suitable appointment is available, the client should contact the applicable business for assistance.
Card on File and No Booking Charge
DS Notaries may require a valid payment card to be saved securely through Stripe as a condition of confirming a mobile appointment. Saving a card does not create a service charge at booking. Slyconish Collective does not receive or store the full card number. Unless the client has separately authorized an applicable disclosed cancellation fee or another charge permitted by an agreed service arrangement, the amount and reason for a future charge will be disclosed before the card is charged. Virtual-session payment is handled separately through BlueNotary.
Authorized Payments and Billing Concerns
By submitting payment, the client authorizes the stated charge for the selected service. Clients should promptly contact Slyconish Collective about any billing question so it can be reviewed and corrected when appropriate. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law or card-network rules.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable business policy, appointment timing, work already performed, expenses already incurred, and services already provided. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
Third-Party Platforms
Payments, scheduling, forms, remote notarization, and communications may be processed through third-party services such as Stripe, Google, Netlify, BlueNotary, or other identified service platforms. Clients may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices. Slyconish Collective is not responsible for an interruption caused solely by a third-party platform but will make reasonable efforts to assist with rescheduling or another appropriate resolution.
Appointment Communications
Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and follow-up messages may be delivered through Calendly, BlueNotary, Google Workspace, or another identified service platform. Clients control optional text-message choices offered by those platforms. Message and data rates may apply to optional texts. Contact information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service-related SMS/MMS is optional and requires separate consent. Please review the SMS and MMS Messaging Terms for message types, frequency, rates, STOP/HELP instructions, and privacy choices. Providing contact information or accepting these general terms does not by itself enroll you in automated texts.
Privacy, Accessibility, and Contact
Information about data collection and third-party services appears in the Privacy Notice. Accessibility help and accommodation requests are described in the Accessibility Statement. Current business contact information appears on the Contact page.
NV Hydration
Appointments and mobile care.
Scheduling and card storage
An available time is reserved through the appointment calendar. Secure card setup is required to confirm the appointment; no service charge is collected at booking. The card is saved by Stripe. Clients have a 30-minute card-setup window, including for same-day appointments. Until card setup is complete, the reservation remains pending. An incomplete reservation may be canceled when that window expires. The final service total is disclosed and payment is collected at the end of the visit.
Saving and using your card
By completing secure card setup, you agree to these booking and payment policies and authorize Stripe to save your card for agreed NV Hydration service-related payments. NV Hydration does not receive or store your full card number. The final total is based on the services provided and any disclosed, approved add-ons or travel fee. NV Hydration will disclose the amount and obtain any required authorization before a future charge. Saving a card does not authorize undisclosed charges or create a recurring subscription.
Private IV parties
Online party reservations are for 2–5 participants at one location, with a 120-minute block including setup and travel. Groups of six or more must call to schedule. Participants may choose different blends, subject to individual provider approval. When at least two people receive an IV, Myers and Immunity blends are $120 per person and Mold Detox is $130 per person. If only one person receives an IV, regular individual pricing applies: Myers and Immunity $140; Mold Detox $150. Approved add-ons are additional, and any applicable $20 extended-area fee is charged once for the visit.
The organizer saves their card and agrees to pay the whole party’s approved final bill at the end of the visit. No charge is made at booking. Each participant completes their own intake, consent, and provider review; the organizer’s payment agreement does not replace another participant’s clinical consent. The cancellation and card-storage policies on this page also apply to party reservations.
Eligibility and consent
Services are primarily for adults. Clients ages 14–17 require parent or legal guardian consent, the young person’s willingness, and provider approval. A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entire appointment, from intake through aftercare. A reservation does not guarantee treatment. Paper intake, consent, and provider review are required before treatment.
Services and travel
All treatments and add-ons require an individualized provider order. Extra 500 mL or 1,000 mL bags are $20 when ordered. The flat $20 extended-area fee applies once per visit to the locations listed on the service-area page. For this fee, South Oklahoma City means an Oklahoma City visit address located south of I-40. The actual visit address, rather than the ZIP code alone, determines whether it qualifies. The other listed extended-area cities also qualify.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and missed appointments
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty with at least two hours’ notice. A $25 fee applies to cancellations or rescheduling with less than two hours’ notice and to missed confirmed appointments. This fee is separate from treatment and is not collected at booking. NV Hydration will disclose the fee and obtain any required payment authorization before collecting it. If NV Hydration cancels for a reason not caused by the client, the client may reschedule without a cancellation fee or receive a refund for any prepaid services not provided.
Schedule changes
Hours are subject to school and clinical commitments. The live calendar shows current availability. Contact NV Hydration promptly if you need to change or cancel a visit.
Clinical records and procedure access
Intake and clinical charting are maintained on paper. Internal protocols, medication orders, and emergency procedures are maintained for authorized clinical use. Calendly includes preliminary screening questions before the visit. Full intake, consent, and clinical charting remain on paper. Medical information should not be entered into ordinary website contact forms or email.
Emergency limitations
NV Hydration is not an emergency service. Call 911 for an emergency. Questions about services can be directed to nvhydration@slyconishcollective.com or (405) 283-6267.
DS Notaries
Notary service policies.
These terms apply to mobile and remote online notary appointments.
Signer and Identification Requirements
- Each signer must present valid, acceptable government-issued identification unless another legally permitted identification method is approved.
- Each signer must personally appear as required, be aware and willing, and be able to communicate and sign or acknowledge the document.
- DS Notaries is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or select a notarial act for a client.
- The client is responsible for providing a complete document and obtaining instructions from the document preparer or receiving party when the requested notarial act is unclear.
If a mobile or virtual appointment cannot be completed because a signer lacks acceptable identification or cannot pass the required identity-verification process, the appointment will be canceled and a $25 identity-failure cancellation fee will be due. This fee reflects reserved appointment time and preparation; it is not a notarial fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to two hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than two hours' notice may result in DS Notaries retaining 50% of a prepaid amount. If no payment was collected upfront, a $25 late-cancellation fee may apply.
Missed appointments, unavailable signers, refusal or inability to proceed, or materially inaccurate appointment details may be treated as a late cancellation. Lack of acceptable identification or failure to complete required identity verification will result in the $25 identity-failure cancellation fee described above. If DS Notaries must cancel for a reason not caused by the client or signer, the client may reschedule or receive a refund of the prepaid amount for services not provided.
Mobile Service Area and Extended Travel
DS Notaries normally does not charge a separate service-area fee for appointments within its standard Oklahoma City-area coverage. Requests outside the standard service area are welcome for discussion. If the distance or travel conditions require an extended-area fee, DS Notaries will disclose the proposed amount before the appointment is accepted. Nothing is charged upfront merely because a client asks about an extended location, and no extended-area fee will be collected without the client's agreement.
Base Payment and Additional Services
After selecting a mobile appointment time, the client is directed to Stripe to save a card securely. No service payment is collected during that card-on-file step, and the mobile appointment is not confirmed until card setup is completed. After selecting a virtual appointment time, the client is directed to BlueNotary for the applicable identity-verification, session, and billing steps. Additional notarial acts, electronic seals, signers, witnesses, travel adjustments, extended time, facility requirements, or other requested services require separate disclosure and payment when applicable.
Documents should be provided for review before the appointment whenever possible so the expected number of notarial acts and charges can be identified. Any additional balance must be disclosed and paid before the additional notarial service is performed and the session is completed, unless DS Notaries approves another arrangement in writing.
For remote online notarizations, completed documents may not be released until all required service fees, additional notarial acts, platform charges, and approved invoice balances have been paid in full.
Loan Package Printing and Delivery
DS Notaries does not print loan packages. The signer, lender, title company, signing service, or other hiring party is responsible for providing the complete printed package before an in-person loan signing, including required borrower copies, instructions, shipping label, and return envelope. For virtual loan signings, the hiring party must provide a complete electronic package that is eligible for remote online notarization and prepared for the approved platform.
Missing, incomplete, inaccessible, or incorrectly prepared packages may require delay, rescheduling, or cancellation. DS Notaries is not responsible for a missed deadline, incomplete closing, or rejection caused by a package that was not provided in the required form or by the required time.
Payment and Document Acceptance
Payment is due before services are provided unless another arrangement has been approved by DS Notaries in writing. Payment covers the disclosed appointment preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, platform use, and notary services. Payment does not guarantee that a document will be accepted by a court, lender, title company, tag agency, government office, employer, or other receiving party.
Clients should confirm before scheduling that the receiving party will accept the document, certificate wording, electronic signatures, or remote online notarization method being used. DS Notaries may decline or stop an appointment when identity, document, technology, safety, willingness, awareness, or legal requirements are not satisfied.
Remote Online Notarization
Remote online notarization requires compatible technology, successful identity verification, an audio-video connection, and an eligible document. Platform or identity-verification failure may require rescheduling or conversion to another permitted service. Remote sessions are performed through the approved remote notarization platform and are subject to its required journal, recording, security, and document-delivery procedures.
Anonymous Photography
Photography service policies.
The free consultation does not require payment. These terms apply when a paid photography session is selected, confirmed, or provided.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to two hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than two hours' notice may result in Anonymous Photography retaining 50% of a prepaid amount. If no payment was collected upfront, a $25 late-cancellation fee may apply.
Missed appointments, client unavailability, inaccurate session details, or arriving too late to complete the scheduled session may be treated as a late cancellation. If weather, location restrictions, safety concerns, or Anonymous Photography require the session to change, the client may reschedule without an additional cancellation fee or receive a refund for services not provided.
Payment and Additional Services
The first 30-minute consultation is complimentary. After that consultation, Anonymous Photography will send a payment link for the selected session and any agreed add-ons. A paid session is not confirmed until the service agreement is accepted and the required payment or deposit identified in the proposal is completed, unless another arrangement is approved in writing. Payment reserves the agreed service and covers only the items included in the selected package. Disclosed travel, location, additional-time, participant, product, property, printing, or special-request charges may require separate payment.
Session and Delivery Expectations
Anonymous Photography will make reasonable efforts to capture the requested people, products, property, poses, and details, but no particular photograph, pose, expression, weather condition, background, or result is guaranteed.
Completed galleries are delivered through a private Google Drive link unless another delivery method is agreed in writing. The number of edited photographs depends on the session, usable captures, artistic selection, and editing process. No minimum or exact gallery count is promised unless a written proposal specifically states one. Final image selection and editing remain consistent with the Anonymous Photography style. Duplicate, test, missed-focus, closed-eye, unflattering, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable images may be omitted. Unedited or RAW files are not included unless agreed to in writing.
Editing, Copyright, and Client Use
Anonymous Photography retains copyright in the photographs unless a written agreement expressly transfers it. The client receives the personal or commercial usage permission stated in the signed service agreement. Clients may not sell, license, materially alter, apply filters to, remove watermarks from, or use images for a purpose outside the agreed permission without written approval.
Permissions and Media Release
The client is responsible for arriving prepared, obtaining necessary location and participant permissions, supervising children or pets, and disclosing deadlines or special requirements before the session. Anonymous Photography will not use identifiable client images in a portfolio, on a website, on social media, in advertising, or in printed marketing unless the applicable adult or a minor's parent or legal guardian gives a separate documented media-release choice. Declining promotional use does not affect eligibility to purchase photography services.
Property and Location Authorization
For commissioned property, real-estate, rental, business, or private-location photography, the client must confirm that the property owner, authorized manager, broker, venue, or other person with actual authority has approved access and the intended photography. Anonymous Photography may require a separate property/location authorization and may decline entry or stop photography when authority, access, safety, privacy, permit, venue, artwork, trademark, or security requirements are uncertain. A property authorization does not replace the separate permission required for identifiable people.
See the Photography Forms & Releases guide for the documents normally completed before and after a session.
