If you are unsure whether mobile or remote service fits your document, ask before paying. Document acceptance and RON eligibility are determined by the receiving party and applicable requirements.
If a mobile or virtual appointment cannot be completed because a signer lacks acceptable identification or cannot pass required identity verification, the appointment will be canceled and a $25 identity-failure cancellation fee will be due.

Virtual appointments continue to BlueNotary for identity verification, session access, and platform billing. Additional acts, signers, witnesses, travel, or special handling are disclosed separately when applicable. Review DS Notaries policies before booking.

There is normally no separate service-area fee within the standard Oklahoma City-area coverage. Longer-distance requests may be discussed, and any extended-area fee will be disclosed and agreed before the appointment is accepted. Nothing is charged upfront for asking about availability.
